Kiwi comedian Penny Ashton is poking fun at the business of sex in a tour that brings her to Nelson and Takaka next week. Ashton's Hot Pink Bits show sees her trawling the ins and outs of the international sex industry. She describes her show as a "burlesque romp through the global sex trade", in which she "sings, dances and pontificates on pornography, prostitutes and politicians" while clad in fishnet stockings and a hot pink corset.
